• you will find dispensers of hydro-alcoholic gel for mandatory use in many common areas of our establishment • protective screen in customer reception areas • room keys are fully disinfected • sterilization of remote controls and TV and telephone in each room • towel and bed linen washed at high temperature • regular cleaning of ventilation filters by virucidal treatment Protocols for our customers
• you will find hydro-alcoholic gel dispensers in the common areas • where possible, we recommend payment by credit card • payment terminals are disinfected regularly • our establishment maintains the Covid-19 reminder book Protocols for our team

We inform you throughout the duration of the health crisis, for stays of 2 days or more, as soon as you take possession of your room, we will no longer enter your room during your stay. On the other hand, at your request, we can perform in front of your door : • replacement of bath towels • replacement of bins • restocking of the minibar and the courtesy tray Every 4 days we can replace your bed sheets at your request, 2 hours will be needed.
